Sue Findlay Claim

“My purpose is to give people back to themselves.” (Neale Donald Walsch) My passion is to help you capitalize on your strengths to help you gain insight into what is getting in the way of your living how you want to. I see this process as a collaborative endeavor based on values of trust, equality and mutual respect. I don’t see my role as providing the answers, rather asking thoughtful questions designed to support you in reaching your goals.
My primary theoretical approach is cognitive. I like to empower you with useful tools to help you gain control over your personal challenges. My professional style is pragmatic, transparent, and service oriented. I am empathetic, supportive, encouraging, and compassionate.
I work with adults, and specialize in the treatment of trauma, including combat trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
