Many recognize the very real benefits to gaining more insight into themselves and how and why they respond the way they do in their day to day life. Sometimes what is needed is a fairly brief, solution-focused approach to meet an immediate need. Other times clients are interested in working though long-held patterns of thinking and acting which are no longer working effectively for them.
